Keys
In a land of terrible wars and towering empires, one man finds himself thrust into the machinations of men and gods, and only a mythic blade may hold to the key to his salvation.
I am currently in the process of putting together a new site for my comic over at SpiderForest. My new site will have any new pages of this comic, although this one will still be updated, just one update behind. For this week's webcomic, take a look over at http://keys.spiderforest.com!

Sorry for the delay in updates. We had a death in the family and things have been busy recently. I have rarely been able to keep a buffer, so I wasn't prepared to keep my updates consistent for something like this...I should have the new page colored and finished tomorrow evening.
Until then.

Update is going to be a bit late, I had family come up unexpectedly. However I have received some great news that I'll reveal once I have the comic up tomorrow.
Until then!

So my power cord has died, and my computer has barely enough battery life to make this news post. I've ordered a new power cord, should be here in 3-5 days, and then comics resume normally. Hopefully I'll be able to manage a page before Saturday, but it depends on how soon I get the new cord. However, I'll not leave you guys high and dry: I'll be posting character artwork and concept sketches for my story.
I'll have a new page up as soon as possible!

Page ii of the Prologue is up and ready to rock. I am posting these as soon as I finish them, and this weekend I seem to have lots of free time. I plan to have page iii up by tomorrow.
Remember to navigate back to the beginning to see it. Enjoy!

Ok, so I'm back. Finally. The holidays were their usual hectic selves, and moving into a new apartment/new city was a little crazy, and getting used to a new job was something less than calm, but I made it. And even made some comics!
While I was on my little getaway from comicking, I realized this tale of mine needed a little more back-story. So I crafted up a Prologue that I will be slapping into the beginning of the archives as if it were there all along. I only have two pages up now (cover and page 1) but I'll be putting the rest up as I go, and when it is done (only about 10 pages) i will be updating with Chapter 2.
Thanks to everyone that stuck around during my break. I really appreciate it, and I plan to have more comics than ever before coming up on this site.
See you guys in a few days, and remember to navigate in the archives to the Prologue to see the new pages.

The holidays are upon us once again, and it's time for eating food and stressing out. Not necessarily in that order. Because it's a tough time of year financially, that leads to more time working and less time for things I do in my free time, like this comic. So I'm going to be going on a couple week hiatus while I navigate the dangerous waters of Christmas presents, a new job, and other wonders of adulthood. Although I'll be updating when I can, it will be sporadic until the New Year. It might be sooner however, so watch this space!
Till next time.

Just thought I'd pop a note in here about the design change. I was a little tired of the old layout, since the comic did not show up on the main page. I don't have a working knowledge of HTML, so I just fooled around with templates, and adjusted things here and there. It's still a work in progress, but it's getting there.
Also! New comic page today. It's a big splash page, because I like to torture myself. Avery and Walt arrive in Arath-Nafur, and that snowstorm still seems to be plaguing them. What will happen next? Stay tuned.
